The bike path through Red Canyon is awesome!
We arrive at Ruby's Inn - and have plenty of time to explore Bryce National Park by either riding in or taking the shuttle bus and going for a hike. Most riders do both - as we have the afternoon and the following morning. The ride to Escalante is short - so we don't leave Bryce until noon!
